High School Boylan Catholic Female Athlete of the Week – Women’s Indoor Track & Field – Track Performer of the Week Gabrielle Noland, Loras College Jr., Rockford, Ill./Boylan Catholic Noland had a record-breaking day Dec. 8, 2018 at the Dubuque Championships, where the Duhawks took 1st with 69 points. Event 1: 55m - 1st - 7.08 Noland’s 55m time establishes a new all-time conference record, previously set by Wartburg’s Faith Burt in 2011 (7.12). The time also set a new Loras College school record, previously held by Pam Orris set in 2003 (7.17). Noland ranks first in Division III the 60m (converted) and 200m Event 2: 200m - 1st - 25.04 Event 3: 4x400 - 1st - 4:04.45 Noland’s 60m and 200m times rank first in NCAA Division III. At the 2018 Indoor Conference Championships Noland was voted Track Performer of the Year. Noland took 6th in the 200m at the 2018 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. This is the fifth Track Performer of the Week honor for Noland (12/10/18, 2/25/18, 12/3/17, 1/14/18, 12/4/16).
