The Roca, Neb. native took first-place in the 100 Breast (1:11.36), winning by nearly 4 seconds and the 200 Breast (2:36.57), again winning by over 4 seconds. Benes was on the first-place 200 medley relay team that set a new school record and also on the 200 free relay team that set the pool record. This is Benes first Performer of the Week honor.
