Kylie Bildstein Award Offensive Player of the Week Week Of 10/29/2018 Sport Volleyball School Wartburg College Year Sophomore Position Hometown Dyersville, Iowa High School Beckman Volleyball – Offensive Player of the Week Kylie Bildstein, Wartburg College So., MB, Dyersville, Iowa/Beckman Bildstein helped Wartburg to their fourth-straight regular season conference title last week. The sophomore middle blocker led the team in blocks with 17 and recorded 42 kills. In five matches last week Wartburg went 3-2 with victories over Buena Vista, Aurora, and Belhaven. In the Knight’s title clinching match at BVU, Bildstein totaled 12 kills and five blocks. In conference play Bildstein owns the league’s top hitting percentage at .321. Bildstein is earning her first Offensive Player of the Week accolades. Wartburg has earned the No.1 seed in this year’s American Rivers Conference Tournament and received a first-round bye. The Knights will host the winner of No.4 Luther/No.5 Loras on Thursday, November 1.
