High School East Volleyball – Offensive Player of the Week Kylie Roe, Buena Vista University Sr., OH, Lincoln, Neb./East Roe had a career-high 29 kills during the five-set marathon victory at Dubuque on Friday night. She had a team-high 11 kills during a 3-0 loss to Loras the following afternoon. Roe had been a defensive specialist her first three seasons before transitioning to the front row this season. Her 29 kills are the most in any conference match this season (next closest is 23) That total also ranks in the top-5 for any match in school history. Defensively she added 16 digs in the match with the Spartans for her fourth double-double of the year. Roe is currently ranked third in the A-R-C in kills/set during conference play (3.88). This is Roe’s first Offensive Player of the Week award.
