High School Stockton Women’s Golf – Golfer of the Week Megan Gille, University of Dubuque Fr., Stockton, Ill./Stockton Gille helped the Spartans to a first-place finish at Luther Invitational. In the eight-team field UD won by seven strokes for the school's first ever title. Gille won a three-way tie break to claim medalist honors in a field of 45 golfers, shooting with 80-78-158. The Golfer of the Week honor is a first for Gille and the first ever for the Spartan program. The Spartans will take to the course next weekend for the first two rounds of the 2018 A-R-C women’s golf championships.
