The senior thrower took first-place in the shotput and second in the hammer throw. Murfin’s winning shotput mark of 56-09.25 currently ranks second in NCAA Division III. In the hammer throw, Murfin had a toss of 57.65-m, which stands 11th in NCAA Division III. Murfin and the Spartans took second-place as a team.
