Event 1: 400m - 1st (47.00) – Mikel shaved .74 off his top time to own the No.1 time in NCAA Division III. Mikel’s 47.00 broke the Loras all-time record, held by Josh Goerdt, and the Iowa Conference all-time record, set in 2005 by Wartburg’s Josh Hauser (47.28). Event 2: 4x400-meter relay - 3rd (3:17.35) - Ranks seventh in Division III Event 3: 4x100 - 2nd (42.40) Mikel is the reigning Iowa Conference Men’s Outdoor Most Valuable Track Performer.
