Abby Willis Award Field Performer of the Week (Women) Week Of 4/15/2018 Sport Outdoor Track & Field School University of Dubuque Year Senior Position Hometown DeWitt, Iowa High School Central-Clinton Women’s Outdoor Track & Field – Field Performer of the Week Abby Willis, University of Dubuque Sr., DeWitt, Iowa/Central-Clinton Willis and Spartan teammate competed at the UW-Platteville Invite on April 12th. Event 1: Javelin – 1st (43.44m) Willis Javelin throw set a new Dubuque school record and currently leads the nation. Event 2: Discus – 6th (41.29m) Her discus marks stands 25th in NCAA Division III. Willis is earning her first Field Performer of the Week accolade. The last Spartan to earn Field Performer of the Week on the women’s side, Tanasha Atwater (4/23/17).
