High School St. Clair Men’s Outdoor Track & Field – Field Performer of the Week Ryan Kruse, Central College Sr., St. Clair, Minn./St. Clair Kruse competed at his home venue on March 29-30, as Central held the 2018 Dutch Invitational The Dutch finished 3rd of 11 teams. Event 1: Javelin throw - 200 feet, 11 inches, 1st of 19 athletes Kruse launched the javelin eight feet past the school record mark and currently has the 7th-best mark in NCAA Division III. Event 2: Discus throw - 146 feet, 7 inches, 5th of 23 athletes His discus throw stands 29th nationally. This is Kruse’s second Outdoor Field Performer of the Week honor (4/1/18, 3/26/17).
