High School Spring Grove Softball – Pitcher of the Week Samantha Bratland, Luther College Sr., Spring Grove, Minn./Spring Grove Posted a record of 4-0 and was credited with one save during Luther's spring trip to the PFX Spring Games in Clermont, FL. Bratland had an ERA of 1.15, struck out 28 batters and had one shut out. She improved to 9-1 for the year. Luther won all 11 games in Florida and is 19-1 with a 15-game win streak. This is Bratland’s fourth Pitcher of the Week honor in her career (4/2/18, 5/7/17, 4/23/17, 3/21/16) The Spring Grove prep is a two-time first-team All-Iowa Conference selection and was honored as a third-team NFCA All-American a season ago.
