Central improved to 5-3 overall and 2-1 in IIAC play with the two victories last week. Helton netted a career-high 23 points after draining seven 3-pointers in an 86-77 home win over Nebraska Wesleyan. In the conference victory Helton also added five assists, one blocked shot and two steals. In Centrals 81-64 home win over Iowa Wesleyan Helton scored 12 points, grabbed two rebounds, added four assists and one steal. On the week, Helton went 4-for-4 from the charity stripe and 7-of-16 from three-point range.
