Fry, a junior, placed 31st in a field of 267 runners at the National Catholic Invitational. He traversed the 5-mile course in a time of 26:23, 1:29 behind the winner. It was the fourth-best finish by a non D-I runner. He led Loras to a 10th-place finish overall (of 33 teams) and took third-place in the College Division.
