Tope was the race's individual winner in a time of 25 minutes, 3.4 seconds. Tope jumped from sixth place a year ago to the gold medal this past Saturday. Senior has been the dominant runner in the conference this year. This is his fourth cross country Runner of the Week award. Tope's conference AOTW honor is his first this season.
