With 16 blocks in 3 matches, Dille averaged 1.33-blocks per set. She also had 23 kills and 13 digs on the week. In Central’s first conference match of the season Dille recorded 8 blocks and 6 digs to help defeat rival Simpson College. Dille was voted All-Iowa Conference in 2016.
