Roman, a junior 197-pounder, went 4-0 last week to extend his winning streak to eight matches and raise his season win total to 18. He posted a 9-0 major decision over Derek Stork in Wartburg's 24-9 dual win over Luther then added three wins en route to the 197-pound title at the Cornell Matman Invitational. At Cornell, Roman pinned Augustana's Christos Giatras (1:40) then posted decisions over Luther's Tyler Walls (4-0) and Augsburg's Matthew Hechsel (4-3, OT).
