Evans, a senior guard, averaged 19.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.0 steals as the Dutch concluded its non-conference schedule with wins over Lakeland (63-59 in OT) and Bethany Lutheran (60-55). Against Lakeland, she scored 13 of Central's final 15 points -- including all eight in overtime (going 6-for-6 at the line). Evans finished the game with 16 points on 4-of-10 shooting (8-of-9 at the free-throw line), eight rebounds, five assists and a steal. Against Bethany Lutheran on Jan. 2, she scored a career-high 23 points on 7-of-10 shooting (including 9 of 11 at the line), six rebounds, five steals, two assists and a blocked shot. As of January 5, Evans ranks fifth in NCAA Division III with 4.27 steals per game.
