Beardsley, a sophomore, posted rounds of 84 and 74 in windy and chilly conditions at Dubuque Golf and Country Club to capture her second Iowa Conference individual title with a 309 total. Entering the final round two strokes off the pace set by teammate Morgan McMillan, Beardsley fired a final-round 74 to win the tournament by four strokes over Central's Kelsey Van Tasell and five over McMillan. Her effort is the sixth-best 72-hole individual total in tournament history. Beardsley's effort helped lead the Knights to their eighth consecutive IIAC women's golf crown and 10th in school history with a 1276 total – just two shots off their IIAC tournament-record total from a year ago and 83 strokes ahead of runner-up Central.
