Kotas, a junior forward, averaged 19 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals as Dubuque won a pair of games last week and secured the No. 3 seed in the IIAC Tournament. She scored 19 points on 6-of-16 shooting, pulled down six rebounds and had two assists and two steals in the Spartans’ 85-78 win at Buena Vista. Kotas then added 19 points in a 83-76 win at Luther in the season finale. She has made 18 straight free throws headed into the IIAC Tournament and has led the team in scoring in 13 straight games.
