Horton, a sophomore, broke his own school record in the 5,000-meter run by over 10 seconds at the Mount SAC Relays. His time of 14:12.4 ranks first on the Division III performance list and is just five seconds off a place on the top-10 all-time Division III performance list. Horton also finished fourth in his heat of the 1,500 with a time of 3:51.06, which sits less than one-half second from the Central school record and ranks sixth in Division III this season.
