Coleman, a senior, was named the women's Most Valuable Track Performer at the 2013 Iowa Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships. Coleman won the 55-meter dash (7.17) and the 200 (24.92), ran the second leg of Central's 4x200 relay (1:44.57) and anchored the runner-up 4x400-meter relay (4:00.18) for the Dutch. Coleman's victory in the 200 came in a championship-record time, bettering the mark of 24.97 set by Nevada Morrison last year. Coleman is the first Central female student-athlete to earn IIAC MVP honors in indoor track and field.
