Wedemeier, a senior center, averaged 16.5 points, 14.5 rebounds and 4.0 blocks while leading the Norse to two victories last week and share of the program's second Iowa Conference title in three years. He scored 21 points, pulled down 16 rebounds and had six blocks in a 60-54 win over Coe on Feb. 13, then closed out the regular season with a 12-point, 13-rebound double-double in a 78-61 win over Wartburg on Feb. 16. Wedemeier enters the IIAC tournament with double-doubles in five consecutive games.
