Woodson, a sophomore, won the 600-meter run at the Buena Vista Dennis Young Classic in a school-record time of 1 minute, 21.90 seconds. The record had stood since 2003. He also ran the second leg on the 4x200 relay (1:32.72) that currently holds the fourth-fastest time in the IIAC.
