Barrett, a sophomore, averaged 26 yards on four returns in Buena Vista's 29-27 win over Simpson. His long return over 36 yards came to start Buena Vista's first possession. He also rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns, including an 80-yard scamper with just over two minutes remaining in regulation that proved to be the game-clincher.
