Schupbach, a senior, teamed with junior Tai Lucero to win the Flight A doubles title at the 2012 Iowa Conference Women's Tennis Individual Tournament. The pair defeated the Luther tandems of Hailey Johnson/Jenna Myers and Elise Allen/Maggie Helms in the quarters and semis, respectively, before topping Coe teammates Jordan Ferree and Laura Birky, 8-6, in the final. The title was the third for Lucero and Schupbach, tying an Iowa Conference record for doubles titles won by a tandem. Schupbach, who also won the 2009 title with older sister Andrea, became the sixth IIAC women's tennis player to win four doubles titles and the first to do so playing solely in the conference's top flight (No. 1/Flight A).

Schupbach also placed second in the Flight A singles draw, dropping a 6-1, 6-2 decision in the final to Lucero. It was her third straight Flight A singles final. She fell to Lucero in 2010 and won the title last year over Luther's Cami Czech. In her four seasons, she played in seven Flight A finals, winning five (four doubles, one singles).
