Raisch, a senior outfielder, hit .438 and slugged .938 with four extra-base hits, including two home runs, as the Kohawks closed out the regular season with a win over Cornell then posted three wins in the Iowa Conference Baseball Tournament to capture the tournament crown and the automatic berth in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship. In Monday’s regular-season finale at Cornell, Raisch went 3-for-5 with a double, a home run and four RBI. He was 2-for-4 with a homer, three runs scored, and three RBI in Coe’s 10-9 tournament-opening win over Wartburg Thursday. Raisch then added two hits in Friday’s 12-11 win over Buena Vista and added another RBI on a sacrifice fly in the Kohawks’ 4-1 win over the Beavers in the tournament final.
