The Wartburg 4x400-meter relay team of Chelsey Jacobs (Sr., Allison, Iowa/North Butler), Faith Burt (So., Cedar Falls, Iowa/Cedar Falls), Nevada Morrison (So., Chicago, Ill./Proviso East), and Jenny Kordick (Sr., Truro, Iowa/Interstate 35) captured the title at the 83rd Kansas Relays with an NCAA automatic qualifying time of 3:46.56, defeating a multi-divisional field including NCAA Division I programs from Iowa State and Nebraska. The time bettered the previous season’s best set the prior week at Washington-St. Louis and is currently the fastest time in Division III
