Bissen, a senior forward/center, averaged 12.0 points and 5.0 rebounds as the Beavers won the Iowa Conference men's basketball tournament. He hit two free throws in the tournament final against Coe to tie the game at 48-48 and helped spark a 7-0 run late in the game to put Buena Vista ahead 53-48. He enters play in the NCAA tournament with 1,000 career points and sits two away from 600 career rebounds.
