Schupbach, a junior, won the Flight A singles title and teamed with Tai Lucero for the Flight A doubles title at the 2011 Iowa Conference Women’s Tennis Individual Championships. Schupbach, the top seed in the league’s top singles draw, posted three straight-set victories en route to the final where she needed three sets to top No. 2-seed Cami Czech of Luther, 3-6, 6-4, 1-0 (4). Schupbach was the Flight A singles runner-up a year ago. Also the top seed in Flight A doubles, she and Lucero cruised to the title, dropping only five games in three matches, claiming the championship with an 8-1 victory over the Luther tandem of Czech and Katy Lindstrom. It was the second straight title for Schupbach and Lucero and the third in succession for Schupbach, who won in 2009 with older sister Andrea.
