O'Meara, a senior goalkeeper, allowed only one goal on 16 shot attempts as the Norse ran their unbeaten streak to seven with victories over Wisconsin-Platteville and Wartburg. He made five saves in a 4-1 win over Platteville on September 27, then stopped 10 Wartburg shots in a 1-0 Iowa Conference victory over the Knights on September 30.
