Miller, a junior, won the long jump and tied for second in the high jump at the Monmouth Fighting Scot Invitational May 7. He provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in the long jump with a leap of 23 feet, 4 1/2 inches, and surpassed the automatic qualifying standard in the high jump by clearing 6-11. He is one of four jumpers tied with the best mark in Division III in the high jump.
