Elusme, a freshman, won the high jump title at the Wis.-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge with an NCAA provisional-qualifying jump of 6 foot, 9 3/4 inches. The jump also set a new school record, breaking the former mark of 6-9 set in 1992. The mark is tied for the second-highest jump in the nation.
