Coleman, a sophomore, won the 100-meter dash with a career-best 12.34-second clocking at the Drake Jim Duncan Invitational. She fell one one-hundredth of a second from achieving an NCAA provisional-qualifying mark. Coleman also ran on a Central's runner-up 4x400-meter relay that broke the school record, posted the nation's third-best time, and fell six one-hundreths of a second from an NCAA automatic qualifying time.
