Schindler, a freshman left fielder, hit .395 in 13 games during Wartburg’s trip to Tucson, Ariz. She had 17 hits in 43 at bats including 10 doubles and two triples (.488 slugging pct.). Her 10 doubles are just seven shy of placing her in the Knights’ top-10 career list in that category, just 13 games into her collegiate career.
