Staley, a senior forward, averaged 20.0 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game in three contests during the week, shooting 23-of-44 from the floor (52.3 percent) including 6-of-14 on three-pointers (42.9 percent). In a 91-88 overtime loss to St. Olaf, she scored 20 points on 6-of-14 shooting from the floor and 6-of-6 from the free throw line. She also had six rebounds (3-3) and a steal. She scored 19 points on 8-of-16 shooting, had eight rebounds (1-7), four steals and a block in a 65-63 loss to Lakeland. In a 113-75 victory over Finlandia, Staley recorded her fourth career double-double, scoring a career-high 21 points (9-of-14 shooting) and grabbing 12 rebounds (3-9). She also had three steals, two blocks and two assists. The 113 points scored by Buena Vista is the second-highest single game point total in school history.(IIAC Female Athlete of the Week)
