Berner, a junior center, averaged 22.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per game in two contests during the week. She shot 51.5 percent (17-of-33) from the floor and 68.8 percent (11-of-16) from the free throw line in a loss to Simpson (86-45) and a victory over Dubuque (75-67). She posted her 21st career double-double against Simpson, scoring 10 points and grabbing 11 rebounds to go along with seven blocked shots. Against Dubuque, Berner scored a career-high 35 points, including the Knights’ first 15 of the game, and tied a school record with 14 made field goals (on 25 attempts).
