Davis, a sophomore center, averaged 20.7 points, 17.0 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per game in three contests during the week. The nation's leading field goal shooter shot 75.8 percent from the field (25-for-33) in victories over Cornell and Buena Vista and in a loss to Wartburg. Davis scored 23 points (11-for-12 from the floor), grabbed eight rebounds (two offensive, six defensive) and blocked two shots in 22 minutes of play in a victory over Cornell College on Tuesday. Against Buena Vista on Friday, she scored 19 points, grabbed 23 rebounds (10 offensive, 13 defensive) and blocked three shots. In Saturday’s loss to Conference-leading Wartburg College, Davis recorded her second 20-point, 20-rebound, three-block performance of the week.
