Jewell, a senior forward/center, posted a pair of double-doubles during the week as the Norse dropped a pair of 1-point decisions to Buena Vista and Loras. Jewell scored 21 points on 8-of-19 shooting and pulled down 13 rebounds against the Beavers on Jan. 26. She also added four assists and two steals. Against the Duhawks (Jan. 29), Jewell scored 15 points and registered 11 rebounds. She enters this week needing just eight points to reach 1,000 for her career (IIAC Female Athlete of the Week)
