Kolze, a sophomore guard, averaged 16.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game, and shot 40.9 percent (9-of-22) from the floor and 76.9 percent (10-of-13) from the free throw line two Conference Tournament games. In a semifinal win over Simpson (69-52), he scored 10 points, had four rebounds and three assists. He scored 23 points (on 6-of-11 shooting), had four rebounds, three assists and a blocked shot in the Championship game against Buena Vista (77-62), leading Loras to its first Iowa Conference Tournament title.
